Cancelation and refund policy:
- Delegates may receive a refund less 25% processing fee for cancellation requests made by May 15, 2023.
- No refunds will be granted for cancellations after May 15.
- If you have to cancel your participation and would like to be refunded, please send by e-mail a written request to ilas2023@fgua.es by May 15.
- Refunds will be issued after the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
